Scales Technology Academy

Facing dropping enrollment and fierce competition from charter schools and other districts, the Tempe Elementary Schools needed a plan to enhance their appeal and stimulate enrollment. Through research, strategic planning, and effective marketing we boosted enrollment by turning a typical school into the cutting-edge Scales Technology Academy.

For this campaign I acted as both project manager and designer, working with district and school staff to develop a new visual identity, website, advertising, and numerous other communications pieces. As a result of this campaign, enrollment at Scales increased by 117 students, netting $378,000 in revenue for the school district.
